I have a loooong story, doesn’t everyone?
MIND
Because of what I now know was emotional abuse. I have believed I was worthless, and didn’t feel I deserved to have life or love. And for many, many years, I did just that - existed miserably and quietly to suit those who I thought deserved life. (this makes me incredibly sad to write)
Learning how to live is perhaps harder than anything I’ve ever done. Im still not certain on many levels.
SPIRIT
I believe in God with my whole heart. I understand that not everyone does. Mutual respect goes unbelievable lengths. I know for a fact that we still have similarities. I know for a fact that we can still learn from one another.
VISION
To become healthy, mind, body and spirit, to live a fit life.
I’m learning how to believe in myself.
