Im feeling this very much this morning. I’ve been training to walk the 5k this year, I just struggled through 1.75 miles this morning. By the time I was done, I doubt you could tell the difference between me and someone who had 10 drinks. It’s a strange feeling - disappointed that my body gets so weak in just 1.75 miles, and happy as a lark that I walked 1.75 miles this morning…
